Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is charged per item and calculated at checkout.

  • Any promotional code for shipping discounts or free shipping will be applied at checkout.

  • Shipping fees help us carefully package and safely deliver your items so they arrive beautifully.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Premade Items: Most premade items ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

  • Custom Orders: Custom and personalized pieces are crafted with love and attention, and will be ready to ship within 5–7 business days after you approve the final design or proof.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Locations & Notes

  • We currently ship within the United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Delays & Unexpected Situations

  • Occasionally, shipping may take longer than expected due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare cases.

  • If your package seems delayed or lost, please contact us at designsbyhollyjames@gmail.com, and we’ll work with you personally to resolve the issue.
