Shipping Charges

Shipping is charged per item and calculated at checkout.

Any promotional code for shipping discounts or free shipping will be applied at checkout.

Shipping fees help us carefully package and safely deliver your items so they arrive beautifully.
Processing & Delivery Times

Premade Items: Most premade items ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Custom Orders: Custom and personalized pieces are crafted with love and attention, and will be ready to ship within 5–7 business days after you approve the final design or proof.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Locations & Notes

We currently ship within the United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Delays & Unexpected Situations

Occasionally, shipping may take longer than expected due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare cases.
