2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Designs by Holly James LLC.

  • Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods through our secure checkout.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all orders.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • Please review all proofs and final artwork carefully before approving; once approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are possible.

  • If an error occurs on our part (e.g., manufacturing defect or incorrect customization), we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated per item at checkout.

  • Premade items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom items ship within 5–7 business days after final design approval.

  • Delivery times are estimates and depend on carrier and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen events.

  • Promotional shipping codes follow the terms and conditions of that code. 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Premade, non-custom items may be returned under the conditions outlined in that policy.

  • Custom and personalized products are non-returnable, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
